Calculate the Absolute Visual Magnitude of Cepheid Variables

The calculator calculates the Cepheid Variable Absolute Visual Magnitude for given pulsation period. Cepheid variable is a star which is used to calculate distances from around 1kpc to 50 Mpc. The absolute visual magnitude is the measure of celestial variable's intrinsic brightness.
Formula: Mv ≃ -2.76 log10 Pd - 1.40
Where, Mv = Absolute Visual Magnitude, p = Pulsation Period
